Regular License

  • As a purchaser, you will have the license to use the icons in creating one end product. The end product can be a website, a game, an app, a theme etc. If you are making the product for a client , the license will be transferred to the client.
  • You can use the icons more than once, as long as they are being used in the same product.
  • You can modify the icons in order to make them more coherent with your end product, if needed. But the same single-use terms are applied on the modified version as well.
  • One product can only be sold ONCE, if you have the regular license. If you want to sell it multiple times, you will need to buy extended license.
  • Re-distribution of items [or bundle(s)] as stocks or in any other form, along with the source files, is not allowed even if you have modified them. Any kind of redistribution is prohibited even if you are doing it for free. For example: You can’t buy an icon, use it in a product and sell or give it to more than one client. Also, you can’t use that icon in more than one products after modifying it.
  • You can’t use the icons/icon sets in applications or websites that allow every visitor to create a customized end product. For example: You can’t use the icon on a website that allows the users to build logos using different icons. In that case, you need one license for each product created by a customer. The alternative to this is that you buy an extended license.
  • While modifying the icon, you can delete any unwanted parts of the icon that don’t fit your needs. However, you can not extract parts of an icon for using on stand alone basis outside of the icon, itself. Similarly, the end users of the end product are also not permitted to extract and use it separately from the end product.
  • The license will be terminated if you are found violating the terms, in which case you will have to remove it from the end product before you further distribute it.

Extended License

  • As a purchaser, you will have the license to use the icons in creating more than one end products. The end product can be a website, a game, an app, a theme etc. If you are making the product for a client (for a fortune, of course), the license will be transferred to the client then. The end product can be sold as well.
  • You can make multiple copies of the same product and you can sale it multiple times as well.
  • The icons can be modified to be combined with other work in order to produce a newer variation from it. Same terms and conditions of this license will be applied on the resulting variations as well. For example: You can buy extended license for an icon and use it after re-modification in an illustration that can further be reused.
  • Re-distribution of items [or bundle(s)] as stocks or in any other form, along with the source files, is not allowed even if you have modified them. Any kind of redistribution is prohibited even if you are doing it for free. For example: You can’t buy an icon/bundle or a set of vector files, modify it and sell/redistribute the upgraded version to someone else.
  • Use of icons/bundles in applications that allow the users to create further end-products, is not allowed and a separate license will be required for every product created. For example: You can’t use the icons/bundles in a ‘website builder’ or ‘design it yourself’ kind of applications where people can use the icons to create unique end products. In cases like these, a separate license will be required for each product created by the customers.
  • You should ensure that none of the users of your end-product, extract the icons/iconsets for using it separately.
  • The icons/iconsets can not be used in your company’s branding i.e. in logos or service marks as it is in original form. For example: You can’t use an icon as a logo/branding item for your company. You should couple it with other graphic items before using it as your brand identity.
  • IconBunny reserves the right of terminating the license if and when any breach of terms is found. In cases like these, you must then discontinue the distribution of any end products that you used the icons in.
